Our Story

We built RESTORIX™ because our eyes were failing us

Not failing in the medical sense. Failing in the "it's 6pm and I can't focus on my kid's face because I've been staring at a monitor for 11 hours" sense. We knew there had to be something better than eye drops and blue light glasses.

It started with a headache that wouldn't quit

Our founder spent 12 years working in finance and consulting. Spreadsheets, pitch decks, financial models, Zoom calls that could have been emails. The kind of work where you look up from your screen and realize the sun went down two hours ago.

The headaches started in year three. By year eight, they were daily. Eye drops became a pocket essential. Blue light glasses helped a little, but by 4pm the tension was already building behind the forehead, settling into the temples, staying through dinner.

One evening, after a 14-hour day building a client presentation, he couldn't read the bedtime story to his daughter without the words blurring together. That was the moment. Not a dramatic one. Just a quiet realization that screens were taking something that mattered, and nothing on the market was giving it back.

We didn't invent eye massage. We gave it a purpose.

Eye massagers already existed. Most of them sat in the "luxury gadget" aisle, marketed as spa toys and Mother's Day gifts. Nice for relaxation. But they weren't built for the person who needs their eyes to work for 10 more hours tomorrow.

We spent months studying how heated compression, air-pulse therapy, and acupressure actually affect the muscles and tear glands around the eye. We talked to remote workers, developers, designers, and gamers about what their eyes go through in a normal week. We tested over a dozen devices from manufacturers across three countries.

What we landed on was a product designed around a single idea: give screen-damaged eyes 15 minutes of targeted recovery, and they perform measurably better for the rest of the night. Not a spa experience. A recovery tool. The difference matters.

Why "Screen Detox"?

We use that phrase because it describes what actually happens. After 10 hours of screen exposure, the muscles around your eyes are contracted, your tear production is suppressed, and your nervous system is overstimulated. You feel it as dryness, headaches, tension, and that wired-but-exhausted feeling at midnight.

RESTORIX™ Pro addresses each of those symptoms in a 15-minute session. Heated compression relaxes the orbital muscles and reopens tear ducts. Air-pulse massage stimulates blood circulation and relieves acupressure points. Bluetooth audio gives your brain a non-visual input to focus on while your eyes recover.

We call it a detox because that's how it feels. You take it off and the world looks sharper. Your head feels lighter. Your eyes feel like they belong to someone who slept eight hours, even if you didn't.

Who we built this for

RESTORIX™ is for the person whose income depends on a screen. The developer who codes until midnight. The designer who lives in Figma. The analyst who builds models until the rows start blurring together. The remote worker who goes from laptop to phone to TV and wonders why they can't sleep.

You can't quit screens. Your career depends on them. But you can undo the damage they do, one 15-minute session at a time. That's what this product is for.

We're not a wellness brand selling you a lifestyle. We're a recovery brand selling you your eyes back.
