Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. Every order is processed within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

UNITED STATES

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Delivery takes 5-8 business days from the date your order ships. 

You'll receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours of placing your order. If it doesn't show up, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us at support@restorix.store with your order number and we'll send it over.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery takes 10-12 business days from the date your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (U.S.) or 10 business days (international), email us at support@restorix.store. We'll investigate with the carrier and either locate your package or ship a replacement at no cost to you.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Delivery to these addresses may take an additional 2-3 business days beyond standard estimates.

WRONG ADDRESS

Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order ships, we can't change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it but the customer covers the additional shipping cost.
